Candidate Career Portal Launched
As recruiters, we want to help as many people as possible. A recruiter’s number one goal is to help match our candidates with great positions. However, we can only work on matching candidates with the positions that our clients engage us to help fill. That can mean that we talk to a lot of candidates that we can’t immediately help, and this can be frustrating.
Sometimes a candidate might speak with a recruiter and then they do not hear back on any opportunities for quite some time. Many times this delay occurs because each applicable position is being compared against a candidate’s experience and interests in an effort to find the perfect match. Unfortunately, if a candidate is aggressively looking for new employment, this can be a frustrating experience.

With this robust tool, we can now provide valuable help to every candidate.”
Through the Partner CareerPortal,candidates have access to services including: resume builder, interview coaching, skills and experience assessment, guidance for a career change, and specific advice on how to best position themselves in the job market. The site also has a job search tool that aggregates and presents applicable job postings from thousands of job boards, not just Partner’s job postings.
Candidates can access the career portal by visiting www.PartnerCareerPortal.com. New tools and resources will continue to be added, increasing the value of the portal over the long term and keeping it relevant to the current job market.
